A note on how ChronoRhythm works:
Almost everything in ChronoRhythm lives on your device and only your device.
We do not collect your health data.
We do not collect your calendar data.
We do not collect your personality results.
We do not collect your schedule.
We do not collect your reading list.
The ChronoRhythm app accesses some of this data locally on your device to make the app work.
The distinction matters:
Access = the ChronoRhythm app reads it on your device to show it back to you.
Collect = data is taken off your device and stored somewhere else
The ChronoRhythm app does the first.
Never the second.
We collect almost nothing. ChronoRhythm accesses some things locally. The difference matters. Here's exactly what and why.
The only information that ever reaches us is:
1. An anonymous device identifier when you qualify for a loyalty reward (we know a device qualifies — we never know who you are)
2. Your email address if YOU choose to claim a loyalty reward (deleted within 7 days of code delivery)
3. Anonymous book data if YOU choose to share your shelf publicly (V2) (opt-in only, no name attached)
That is the complete list. No exceptions.
Health and fitness data: ChronoRhythm can ACCESS sleep, heart rate, and activity data from Apple Health or Google Fit to improve your chronotype schedule.
Calendar data: ChronoRhythm can ACCESS your calendar availability to suggest nap and focus windows. ChronoRhythm reads time blocks only. Never titles, descriptions, or attendees. Never transmitted. Never stored. Never collected. ChronoRhythm access it. We never collect it.
Wearable data: Accessed through Apple Health or Google Fit only. Same rules apply. ChronoRhythm access it. We never collect it.
This data is read on your device only. It never leaves your device. It is never transmitted to us. It is never stored anywhere but your own phone. ChronoRhythm access it. We never collect it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access — request a copy of any data ChronoRhythm holds about you
Delete — request deletion of any data associated with your email address
Correct — request correction of any inaccurate data we hold
Opt out — disable anonymous usage statistics at any time in
ChronoRhythm Settings
Revoke permissions — remove calendar, health, photo, or notification access at any time through your device settings without losing any other app functionality
Portability — request your data in a readable format
To exercise any of these rights:
ChronoRhythm will respond within 30 days.
No fees. No complicated processes.

The ChronoRhythm app does not use cookies.
The yourchronorhythm.com website uses essential cookies only — required for the site to function.
No tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy
ChronoRhythm is not directed at children under the age of 13.
The ChronoRhythm app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through ChronoRhythm please contact us immediately:
Any information associated with a child under 13 will be deleted within 48 hours of notification.
If you are under 13 please do not use ChronoRhythm or provide any
personal information through the app or this website.
Data Retention
Local app data:
Kept on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
ChronoRhythm has no control over locally stored data — it is entirely in your hands.
Loyalty reward email addresses: Deleted within 7 days of code delivery. Never retained beyond that purpose.
Anonymous usage statistics: Retained for 12 months then automatically deleted.
Crash reports: Retained for 90 days then deleted.

Changes to This Policy
ChronoRhythm may update this Privacy Policy as the app grows and new features are added.
When changes are made: The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification.
Continued use of ChronoRhythm after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
